1-on-1 Coaching

Month to Month Sign-up

 

$50 / hour

$75 / Session (90min)

NOTE: All training sessions are charged a minimum of 1 hour.  Prices may vary due to gym fees that need to be paid by Real Human Fitness.  Monthly gym memberships may be required.

 

Partner Training

Month to Month Sign-up

 

$30 / hour / person

$40 / Session / person (90 min)

Choose the number of sessions (1 hour or 90 min) that you would like to train each week.  Must pay for the entire month at time of purchase.

Online Programming

Basic Programs:  Written out for 4 or 6 weeks, 3 days/week: $10/Week 

(Ex. A 4 week program costs $40, a 6 week program costs $60)

 

Custom Programs: Written out for 6 or 12 weeks, 3-5 days/week: $180 - $600 ($10/day)

(Ex. A 6 week, 3 day/week program cost $180, a 12 week, 5 day/week program costs $600)

 

Note: 12 week programs are only written 6 weeks at a time.  This allows proper changes to be made, based on the first 6 weeks, in order to maximize the effectiveness of the program.  12 week programs must be paid for in full at time of purchase.

 

*All programs come with instructions/notes to help you read and understand the layout and with links and notes of helpful YouTube videos for each exercise.

 

*Separate student (college) and military pricing is available.
